Standout linebacker Jamie Sharper has agreed to a five-year contract that will bring him back to the Baltimore Ravens� record-setting defense. Sharper, a second-round choice of the Ravens in 1997, has played in every Baltimore game since joining the team, starting all but one (64/63). His 64 consecutive games played is second best all-time on the Ravens. Sharper was the third-leading tackler for the Ravens in 2000 with 102 stops, including 68 solo tackles. He added four pass defenses, one interception, a team-leading five forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. Sharper was outstanding in the playoffs with 21 tackles, two sacks, two interceptions, two pass defenses and a forced fumble.
